Froch-Bute for me.
I'm a big Carl Froch fan, everyone in the world was picking Bute to knock Froch out, and had massive, massive hype behind him, people even had him ranked the #1 SMW ahead of Ward & Froch.
Watching my favourite boxer give him a beating was very satisfying.
I was one of the ones who bought into Bute HARD! haha, I thought he was the next best thing man. Boy was I wrong
It is two-folded question. One way to look at it - the highest quality competitive fight. The second - fight you personally enjoyed the most. If it is the latter, then Trinidad-Vargas - I always enjoy when the thug gets beaten to the pulp. If it is the first criteria - probably SRL-Hearns I. But there are so many...
For me: Hagler/Hearns, Barrera/Morales I, Benn/McLellan
Special mention for Hatton/Mayweather as I pegged the result 100% in a wave of abuse from Hatton fans that DKSAB and won some money the only time I've gambled on sports.
Leonard vs Duran I, nothing much comes close too it imo,
Wilfredo Vazquez vs Antonio Avelar
Wilfredo Gomez vs Lupe Pintor
Orlando Canizales vs Kelvin Seabrooks
All up there, can't list all of my favorite fights but these are the most recent ones I watched which I enjoyed the most

Best Scientific Fight: Leonard vs. Benitez (this is also my favorite fight overall -- very intellectual yet high action despite the emphasis on counterpunching -- seen it 50 times)
Best Brawl: Leonard vs Duran I, Gatti-Ward I, Hearns-Hagler
Best Style vs. Style: Robinson-LaMotta VI, Pryor-Arguello I, Ali-Frazier II, Chavez-Taylor I, Marciano-Walcott I, Sanchez-Gomez
Best One-Sided Beating: Louis-Schmelling II
Best Forgotten Fight EVER: Jeff Chandler vs Johnny Carter VIDEO Round 3 and after was insane!!!
As far as satisfaction it's Hatton-Mayweather since I have never been as hyped for a fight as that one before or since. As far as entertainment. Hearns-Hagler. I just watched it the other day and the entire time you're thinking to yourself "Are they ever going to stop and......you know....box a little bit lol"
Bobby Chacon-Bazooka Limon IV.
This one is up there for me too. There was something different about 80s fights like that one. The smaller, more intimate venues made for a cauldron of noise around the fighters. So much better than the half-empty arenas we get for so many tv fights these days.
