Mayweather bans Filipino media from interviewing him, is this discrimination?

I could be wrong but I haven't seen any Filipino media at any of Floyds press workouts, or press tours since the Mosley fight, when they were denied access to Mayweather. That was the last time. Would this be a form of discrimination? Because the American media pretty much drag him through the dirt and ask about the same thing the whole world is asking, yet he doesn't allow Filipino media to interview him. I noticed he doesn't allow Filipino media in his media workouts and refuses to do interviews with them. Imagine if Pacquiao said he didn't want any black people to interview him because they keep asking him about the Floyd fight, I think this is a form of discrimination. He has already shown racism toward Asians. And by banning or not allowing Filipino media to interview him he is judging an entire people.
