Marvelous Marvin Hagler vs GGG Gennady Golovkin who wins?

I'll wait until GGG fights someone with a pulse before entertaining thoughts of him not getting ****ed up in this one.

It would be a great fight. I think it would go the distance. Both are great fighters. I think GGG's amateur pedigree would pay off down the stretch, just like Leonards did.

I have to see GGG against MUCH better comp to give him a chance. Hagler is literally one of the best fighters to ever exist. My boy GGG may get there one day but he needs to fill out his resume some more before then.

After watching Murray eat all those shots, figure Hagler could do the same. But nobody has ever stunned GGG. That would be a fight in the middle of the ring for 12 rounds! Take your pick!

Hagler is an ATG. GGG still hasn't fought anyone of note albeit not his fault. As it stands Hagler has to be given the nod... Time will tell if GGG can be considered with Hagler.

I didn't vote. Hagler is much more proven as a pro. I don't think Hagler fought anyone as great as GGG. To me they are two of the greatest middleweights in history and I'm not sure who would win. Neither of them have ever been knocked down in any fight. I thought Hagler beat Leonard and would have easily beat him in a rematch. Hagler always did much better in rematches. I won't put even a fantasy loss on either of these great fighter's records. you are a little boy or dksab, ggg hasn't proof $h1t just yet while Hagler fought roldan, mugabi, srl, hearns, antofuermo, hamsho, obelmejias, minter, sibson, seales, briscoe, watts, monroe, duran, etc.. anyone of those names above are twice better than any ggg opponents.

If he can beat them so easy then why doesn't he go over to Europe and fight them for the big pay day? If he was so confident about being able to beat them abroad then he would take the fights, but instead he's too scared to leave the country and he's fighting bums in a bingo hall with less than 200 seats. Maybe it's because he's worried about getting robbed. Robberies do happen in boxing you know. Besides, what sense does it make to rematch guys he's already beaten decisively?

They're not even comparable until Golovkin fights better opposition. He still hasn't completely taken off, and Hagler is one of the GOATs.

Holy cow! Mugabi was a very good fighter, but I wish people wouldn't use him to define Marvin's great career. He was a small MW with a monster punch. By modern standards, Mugabi was equivalent to James Kirkland. Prior to Marvin, John had no major wins, hadn't even had a 12 rounder yet. He was arguably a crafted opponent for Hagler. So many great names on Hagler's resume with Hamsho, Roldan, Sibson, Obelmejias, Antuofermo, Minter, Watts, Briscoe, and Monroe. All anyone wants to bring up are the end of career fights with the little guys.
