Floyd was the world's biggest celebrity Pacquiao fan back in 2006. It's very rare that a professional boxer or athlete becomes friends with one of his fans. It actually happened with one of Cotto's fans, so anything is possible. But in the case of Floyd and Manny, it probably wouldn't make for a very healthy friendship when one admires the other too much.
