It is completely irrelevant which color a fighter is. But I think it's interesting that we see plenty of tough white European fighters (Vitali, Wladimir, Froch, Kessler, Calzaghe, etc.), but barely ever any tough white American fighters. Algieri and Pavlik comes to mind, but why is it that white Americans almost never make it into any top 10 rankings? Why always blacks and Mexicans? Are white Americans just not very interested in participating, or? Please keep this thread free of any kind of racism, I got nothing against white people and anyone who hates another race is a retard, I just think this is an interesting question. It could very well be a cultural thing. Is boxing more of a "ghetto sport" in USA?
