We can't get showtime on any cable provider but we had "super channel" which showed showtime programing including the fights. But super channel said because of the lack of good fights it wasnt worth it and ended their supscription to showtime boxing.
Any Canadians know of any other way to get Showtime fights besides online steaming?
Kurupt1019 is right, I just checked and the Wilder/Steverne fight is on TSN2 live so it looks like we are all good!
Woohoo...hopefully TSN will continue showing fights live. It makes sense for them as they got booted out by sportsnet for the nhl and nba games so they got more airing time for other sports. They got boxing once in a while but just replays of hbo fights and delayed telecasts of espn fnf.
Hell ****in ya, I remember back in the day tsn would pick up most hbo fights, hopefully they will pick up more showtime fights.
I think thats whats happening, showtime fights will be on some form of tsn, and i expect a bounce back year from showtime even with the nbc announcement, unless the reltionship between haymon and stephen is soured (which i dont think it is). You dont just ruin a relationship with showtimes budget which is mostly allocated to al.

This sucks, I was really looking forward to the wilder fight this weekend. Hopefully tsn or sportsnet will pick up the good fights like they used to. Not sure how I'm going to watch this fight now streams don't work well on tablets.

I'm looking for pay per view streaming services with good quality streams. I don't like monthly subscriptions. If you guys found one, let me know.
Is there any sites that you can pay for that stream showtime fights? I'm down for that.

That's why I've dropped my Super Channel bundles months ago. Even then, not every boxing-related shows were shown like Access. So we have no choice now but to look for streaming subscriptions. Boxing seems not so popular here. We only got HBO now (in our household).
I can't believe we can't watch any Showtime in Canada anymore. The SHO app would be a solution but I can't register because I am not in the US. I e-mailed Showtime asking how a Canadian can legally pay them and they responded with:
The international distribution rights to Showtime Sports events are generally retained by the event's promoter, not Showtime. You may want to contact them directly regarding the airing of this event in your country.
Showtime torrents are hard to find unless its a PPV, and paying Showtime through a family member in the US then using an IP rerouter is weak because it costs money and is still illegal.
Anybody know a way/place to find links without finding out the results first? If I find something I will let you guys know
TSN has the rights now, win for us, no longer have to buy super channel

Espinoza might be on suicide watch. After putting on all those crap fights this past year, now Haymon takes those fighters and makes the good fights on a rival network. The quality of Showtime boxing might drop pretty low in 2015, good thing Al got their full budget from 2014.
Quebec is like on its own island in canada they might have something like a boxnation since they are so into boxing. But they wont have showtime, maybe something similar to boxnation though
I see, appreciate the info bro. I'm still considering a few other places like St. Albert... I'm taking the next few months to come to a decision. Showtime players a big part lol jk. :boxing:
 I'm about to move to Quebec next year. I hope they fix it by then or else.

That sucks...was it like BoxNation where the PPVs were included in the past?
nope we had to pay for the PPV same price as americans but we got all the showtime boxing and shobox stuff
Where are you seeing that?
Well not word for word but heres what they have on their webpage...
In the past year many of Showtime’s top boxing events have only been available through Pay-Per-View, and the number of Showtime Championship Boxing and ShoBox events available to Super Channel subscribers has greatly diminished. We feel this is not good value for our loyal subscribers and frustrating to many who have enjoyed those top events on Super Channel in the past.
