Who has the better Resume: Mayweather or Pacman??

I would say Pac. But if Pac fights Vargas next and Floyd fights Khan and beats him. Floyd will have a better resume

Honestly i think floyd, im not just being a bias fan. FLoyd fought hatton when he was undefeated, he fought cotto and mosley and delahoya earlier than pacman. Remember that Pacquiao's had four catchweight fights. De La Hoya, Cotto, Margarito, and Algieri. I always correct this, and i will continue to do so. De La Hoya was NOT at a catchweight. Yes he was drained but still.

Past 5 years or so goes to Mayweather, before that it's easily Pacquiao. So I'd go with Pacquiao overall.
