Can Pacquiao beat Lara, Canelo, Andrade, Khan, Brook, Marquez, Thurman? We know the answer to Marquez, and we know we would never get the answer to Canelo, Lara, or Andrade because Pac would never fight such good fighters. His next fight is Jessie Vargas, so his last fights were Algieri, Bradley and Rios. So why are people assuming Pacquiao is still so good? Okay he beat Bradley, good win. But Rios, Algieri, Vargas? And then he could beat Floyd? And he's a better opponent to Floyd than Lara, Thurman, Andrade? Pacquiao When they ask Floyd about a Pacquiao fight he always has nightmare about getting hurt by Pacquiao. Floyd: My health come first, Ali was beat up because he took fights where the people wanted him too. I'm not making that mistake, health is more important.

Not getting into Pacquiao and Mayweather. In my opinion, Lara would be an extremely difficult fight for Floyd. Lara is a skillful, fast, and intelligent fighter. Floyd would definitely have difficulty being aggressive because Lara will counter and do so effectively. Lara does have underestimated power; although he doesn't explode in the way he has the capability. Floyd would have a slight speed advantage and skill advantage but none of Mayweathers previous opposition in my opinion has the skills Lara possess. So outside of a Pacquiao fight, Lara in my view would be a very interesting fight but most likely Boring as well. Thurman would lose. He isn't at the level of skill to beat Mayweather. Bradley has the speed to make a good fight but in my view he would get suckered into fighting the way that would not be best with his atattributes.

I dont really see a fighter out there too beat floyd besides GGG and his best shot would be @60 dont know how durable he will be at 54

I voted for Canelo if he can fight at the 154 pound limit. He has improved a lot since his loss to Mayweather. As for other fighters I think GGG would be a sure thing to KO Mayweather at 154. Of all the welterweights Pacquiao has the best chance to beat Mayweather even though Pacquiao is really a 140 pounder. Pacquiao has a deadly combination of hand speed, footwork, two handed power, work rate and punches that come from all angels.

I chose Thurman, although I do believe he should take 1 or 2 Big fights before he tangles with Money. May-Khan I see as 55-45 favor in Money May's favor. Khan has a shot, because I feel without a shot of a doubt he presents him with problems. May-Pac I favor May weather, but Manolo is Special, & I refuse to count him out.
