i'm watching these two videos with julian williams and his trainer and they make it clear that al haymon has no problem matching his guys in tough if they want it. they say it's the fighters who don't want to fight. not haymon. thoughts?

Promoter was Goosen but his advisor was always Haymon.
See what I am saying all along, his silence makes people confuse.
Manager/advisor/promoter what exactly is his role really?
What does ali act says about these things?
Really? I didn't think he signed til 09ish....
Thought it was goossen or maybe shaw, or whoever was his promoter, I cant recall now, that handled him when he was on showtime and then he signed to hbo and haymon got involved...
I could be wrong....
Promoter was Goosen but his advisor was always Haymon.
So Danny Garcia demanded Salka?
Lamont Peterson demanded to fight Santana?
Leo Santa Cruz demanded to fight his sparring partners?
lamont peterson wanted danny garcia.
... but Danny wanted Salka instead. So?
incorrect. paul was with haymon for most of his career.

u guys are forgetting he let broner move up in weight to fast and fight maidana. do u honestly believe that was haymons call?
Two things:
1. Btoner did not listen to Haymon's advice which is weird because why would you hire an adviser if you are not going to follow his advice? resulting to a devastating loss against maidana.
or
2. Broner listened to haymons advice moved up in weight too fast as you put it and fought Maidana. Haymon advice resulted in a devastating loss for Broner.
Broner is not getting his money's worth hiring Haymon for wrong advices.
Either way listening or not listening to Haymon's advice is a lose-lose situation
He wasn't with haymon for the majority of his career.. Only at the tail end.. I think only one maybe 2 fights but not sure

I'm Jermaine Taylor picked a soft schedule also; or Devon Alexander; Direll was a Haymon fighter in the Super 6; as far as Danny Garcia goes who did he fight before Salka that was a cupcake schedule.
don't forget paul williams.

I think Haymon gives them options. Like he'll pick 3-4 fighters and let the fighters decide. He'll tell them how much they can make for fighting each and it's up to the fighters and their trainer to pick.

Don't forget.. Broner demanded molina
I guess some fighters like Quillin duck good fighters without any help from Haymon.
If that;s true then Quillin did not get his money's worth paying for Haymon's advice don;t you think?
