If Devon wins, is it going to be Mayweather-Alexander next?

Mayweather is not going to fight Pacquiao. I just saw the interview and it's the same old bullcrap and it sounds like he will force ridiculous demands to prevent negotiations. Mayweather will continue to duck that fight and say Pacquiao didn't take 90/10 split or something. Mayweather and his handlers will be very closely watching the Khan-Alexander fight tonight. They want Khan next. But what happens if Devon wins? Is it going to be Mayweather-Alexander?

Hell no. There is no way they could sell an Alexander vs Mayweather fight. why are you saying there is no way they could sell alexander vs floyd fight? Are you saying Floyd's ppv sale depends upon the guy he is fighting with? I thought Floyd's name alone could sell tickets

Fat chance. Hell no. Khan is supposed to win this fight and Alexander will have to win 7 or 8 rounds clearly to win would be my guess. If Khan wins and looks good he will probably get to fight Mayweather. No matter how Alexander wins even if by KO it's very unlikely he would get to fight Mayweather in my opinion. Alexander has never been popular while Khan has a strong fan base

why, what's wrong with devon? no matter who Floyd fights the ppv will be off the chart knowing how Floyd is the ppv king even date don't matter. all Floyd's fight were exciting no matter who is on the opposite side. Floyd's name alone is sure to be a blockbuster. again, what seems to be the problem?

No. Alexander is not good on the eyes and brings little to the table while not being the easiest fight out there for Floyd though I'd Heavily favour Mayweather.

Almost certain to be a snoozer. 2005-2006 Floyd-Alexander wouldn't be too bad because Floyd would put the pressure on him. But we know today's version would just outbox him every round.

It is possible, I would say a Pacquiao fight becomes almost certain if Alexander wins though, but if they still can't make that fight Alexander is still not the first choice. That would probably go to Garcia but he would probably be second choice then so if he was willing to cut his own throat on the purse he was willing to take it may be the better option.

Not even Mayweather's mom would watch that fight I can see it happening. Mayweather can sell him as a former two weight champion who beat Khan, while avoiding any real risk.
