Floyd's boss CBS has just reported on his website that Floyd is possibly ducking the fight.
Is this CBS accepting the fight won't happen or is he putting the pressure on Floyd?

If you mean he won't fight anybody I don't believe that for a second. Floyd loves money and to make the kind of money he wants he has to fight and he will.
i guess if u look at it like that but all they are doing is reporting what arum is saying i mean do u think they would just suck ass to mayweather? thats not how it works except on boxing sites
There is just nothing of benefit for CBS to approve of that news story even if they are Arum quotes. That would be like the Democratic party talking about president Obama by using Republican talking points. It makes no sense and is just bad publicity.
My original post offered a question for discussion. I asked if CBS has accepted the fight isn't happening, or are they increasing the pressure. Of course, people would much rather spend their time ignoring the question so they can talk trash instead. But that's expected.
You not appreciating that CBS himself is using negative promotion for Floyd is not a good reason to call this a childish thread.
I happen to find it interesting that the company Floyd works for has jumped on the media bandwagon that is ostracizing Mayweather for ducking.

that's your twitter account isnt it. nerd.
Yes. That's me. CBS tells me what to do, and I obey.
CBS told me to report on our web page that our investment is ducking the super fight. When they say jump, I ask how high.

what a boss. you're a moron.
Oh.. you mean to tell me that wasn't Les Moonves who posted the blog? Oh boy, what a shocker
No this is just dumb lol. CBS is just quoting arum. So you think cbs shouldn't mention the PAC Floyd fight unless it's in a negative way towards PAC?
Like I said. You of all people would be clicking your heels with joy and delight if the names and networks were reversed.
You're just as much a Floyd fan as I am a Pacquiao fan. I simply cannot accept that you are being objective in anyway whatsoever.
It does CBS absolutely no good whatsoever to report this kind of news. There's no point for him to post this on his website.
The "news" here is that it's actually Mayweather's own boss who is reporting on his blog page what we already know.
If anybody can tell me how this benefits CBS in anyway, I would like to know.

You and I both know that if I rearranged the names from Floyd to Manny and CBS to HBO or one of their subsidiary operations you would think it was the most brilliant thread since sliced bread.

Just cause Floyd is signed to showtime doesn't mean cbs sports has to suck up to him. Dumb thread
