For the past few years we've seen Floyd now go on about how he hates Arum and wont fight Pac so long as he's affiliated with Bob Arum. I call b.s and here's why.
Floyd Jr also does not get along with nor like Oscar Dela Hoya, yet has continued to do business with him for years! Floyd fans will say that Floyd doesn't want to let Bob make money off of him yet seem to forget that since 2009 Oscar (the guy that Floyd hates) has been making money off of Floyd every single time he fights.
Floyd likes to boast about how he made a $40mil offer to Pac a few years ago. Where was the hate for Arum then? Why was he willing to do business with Arum then and not now? Where was the hate for Arum when he proudly posed for a pic with Arum and Jamie Fox just 3yrs ago during the superbowl?
Are we to believe that Floyd only does business with people whom he gets along with and likes? When have we ever seen an instance when a fighter refuses to fight someone based upon who their promoter is? This has to be the lamest excuse in boxing.
How is it relevant today though?
Ask the Floydboys who keep saying that Floyd won't do business with him because he doesn't like him and part of that reason is because he owes him money from back then

In a strange twist, Arum admits that he owes Mayweather money and said he has told Mayweather's reps why he isn't giving it to him.
"There's no question we owe him some money," Arum said. "There's no dispute there. But he owes us a lot of money, and the people he's involved with owe us even more. After 98% of the money we owed him was paid, we stopped paying him for a reason.
"We're owed ... in the millions. We welcome this lawsuit. We wanted it to be filed. We have counterclaims and cross claims against certain other individuals involved with Mayweather. This is just the opening salvo in a major battle."
Did you read the date homie? It's a 6 year old article lol.
Pacquiao fights for HBO, Mayweather for Showtime, whose parent company is CBS. Enter Moonves, who, Roach said, really didn***8217;t want to speak with Arum because he apparently believes Arum reneged on a verbal deal a few years ago where Arum promised him that Pacquiao would fight on Showtime more than just the one time in 2011 before going back to HBO.
He said, I'm not dealing with the devil, Roach said Moonves told him of Arum.
I'm pretty sure this fight is essentially already made for May 2nd.

You conveniently left this part out. LOL
“And I was there,” Roach said. “I was the third party. I just listened a lot. But they spoke about what they could do and how to make the fight happen. Moonves said he can deliver Mayweather, and, obviously, Bob said he could deliver Pacquiao.
“It was a very good meeting. What they said in that meeting, if they can do it, the fight will happen. Very soon. I think next. Moonves and Bob walked out to Moonves’ car with their arms around each other. The right people are talking about it. I think that makes it a bigger possibility.”
He was willing to work with Arum the first time they tried to negotiate. What changed?
That's the million dollar question. When all the other obstacles seem to have been cleared, he pulled the "I hate Arum and wont do business with him" card.

Cotto hates Arum that is why Todd debeuf handles his promotions and not Arum also but he doesnt let personal feeling get in the way of making money
Cotto has a set of cojones though and will fight anyone. Floyd is the opposite.
because arum still owes him money!! even though floyd never touch on this topic.
Arum doesnt owe floyd a cent, it's just another excuse...number73 i think.

I recall Floyd mentioning this once and bob responded by saying that Floyd owes him even more.
So I'll ask again since nobody cared to answer.
If Floyd hates Oscar yet is willing to work with and do business with him for the past 8yrs and let Oscar make money off of him, why cant he find it in him to do business with Arum for the biggest grossing fight in history?

I haven't read that yet. You have a link by any chance?

Bob Arum and ODH used to do business together. Then they didn't. Now they do. CBS President Moonves used to work with Arum and now says he doesn't want to work with the devil. Why is it an issue only when Floyd says he doesn't want to work with Arum?

Your opinion and I respect that. Everyone can feel that way, but I along with others will have the last laugh when the fight gets made! Later bro!
i just want to see the fight. u can get the last laugh if u want. im not here for the fan boys war. i just want to see the damm fight!
Again u are saying he "needed a cutoff", so why doesn't he need one now? He even claimed that he would take the test in the ring. So what he originally said was true, then what happened?
But the problem with that Evol is that Pac is never held accountable for anything by guys like you. When Floyd asked for drug testing and Pac needed the 24 days, he was the ducker and coward. Then when Pac changes it, it's never even acknowledge that Pac did anything wrong. Then u want to say "that was in the past" and "Pac is changing his mind for the better to make the fight". But there is never any looking back or taking responsibility.
didnt i just answered that?? pac said he's tired of people always asking him so thats why he has agreed to whatever floyd wants. he wanted a cut off before, he realized floyd will never agree so he's taking that off. im asking u why is this a bad thing now? like i said, both guys changes their mind but pac is changing his to make the fight while floyd changes his to further away from the fight. how is this even up for debate?
pac should have just agreeed to floyd's testing from the start, are u happy now? but at that time pac was the "a-side" like the floyd fans put it so its not a suprise why pac was trying to flex his power on floyd.
I am not calling Floyd the TBE am I? I would negotiate in good faith, but I wouldn't keep doing it with someone if I knew they weren't serious in making the fight. And Arum has proven that he has not been. Why can't you at least acknowledge the truth. 2 times, Arum has had every excuse in the book.
This guy is too absorbed in making his idol look good. He cannot even form an opinion how he will make the fight happen in hypothetical sense. And you expect everyone to believe TBE, who calls himself MONEY, is not a duck?
So you automatically assume Pac's promoter is a scumbag and you don't even attempt to make any contact. How will such attitude make the fight happen? You're just confirming TBE is really not interested.
Let me put it this way. What's the first thing you would do to make the fight happen if you were TBE. Assuming you really want it. (Don't know why you won't want to make the biggest money fight of all time happen.)
