Where does Cotto rank amongst your most over hyped boxers?

Cotto might be overrated at middleweight but he has beat a lot of good fighters in his career.

Clottey won that fight. That is not Cotto's best win. Cotto's most top quality win was against an undefeated at the time Paulie Malignaggi.
