when did broner ever move?
Demarco. And he made Demarco pay when he missed. And later on he started to unload on him. RD 5 vs Demarco was the best rd of his career.
Provo is too slow. I pick Broner. He moves enough to frustrate Ruslan. Ruslan looks good against punching bags. Put him in there against a punching bag like Brandon Rios, he should beat him easily.

the other day i was watching provo/bradley again, it was amazing to see ruslan running out of gas after just 2 rounds, in round 3 he didn't land nothing, 0. if he is well prepare he should steamroll broner, since he is an stationary/inactive target. if he isn't broner gets away with a decision.
Provo steam rolls him.
Another Broner be like meme thread would have to be made.
Provodnikov who couldn't even stalk down a one-eyed Algieri is going to steamroll a guy who Maidana couldn't put away? You're sick in the head.
broner has the tools to win but he probably won't use them properly and I don't think people give prov the credit he deserves for the amount of pressure he puts on people..he forces them to fight to when he wants to...I think he just got a little complacent with algieri because he though he had it in the bag..
Thing about Broner and the guys who beat Ruslan is
1: Broners inactivity KILLS him. He is far too inactive and loses rounds due to it. Chris Bradley and Herrera are active and work their jab often.
2: Even the guys who beat Ruslan took a massive beating. Bradley (who is levels above Broner was slurring his speech, Herrera looked like he was in a car accident and Chris did a backflip and his eye was beyond ****ed)
AB is About Beatings so that wouldn't necessarily be a problem. I could definitely see AB eek out a decision after taking a beating in a number of rounds.
Well hopefully they make it happen. Hit me up the second they do, because I'll bet every point I have that Broner doesn't even survive to see the final bell -- much less winning the fight.
Thats a pretty bold statement Mike... id be willing to drop some e-points that broner would go 12...broner is no mike alvarado, thats for sure!
Let it happen and all my points on Broner
Provo has heart but thats it.

We can go back and forth with past fights and I can talk about algieri catching provo with ease. How Herrera upset this monster and when Bradley decided to fight, he'd land. When he wanted to move he did. They all touched Prov and did so with no power backing them. Broner has better pop then all them at 140.
I mean, Broner went 12 with a bigger, stronger, more powerful guy in Maidana and had his moments. Or are we gonna act like broner ain't tough himself?
I did say it would be a war. But a war broner has a slim chance of winning. Broner's tough and I could see him finishing the fight but I don't see how he can win stylistically when he can't fight his fight against prov. We all know he is at his best when he is coming forward bullying fighters but he's definitely not going to be able to do that against prov. And like I said he is not mobile enough or busy enough to beat prov fighting on the backfoot.
So was gavin rees, malignaggi, ponce de leon. And they put their hands on broner. Prov would walk broner down. Broner doesn't have the movement or workrate to keep a pitbull like prov from swarming him with hooks.

I agree with this. Thing is, Provo ain't nowhere near top level.

prov would beat broner. It would be a war but I don't think a lot of guys can win a war against a guy like prov. Broner's just not mobile or busy enough to keep prov from walking him down and creating exchanges.
