Wait what... Haymon didn't enter the picture until after Oscar I believe. Up until the Oscar fight Floyd was with Top Rank the entire time wasn't he? So it would be Top Rank who made Floyd not Al Haymon. Well nobody "MADE" Mayweather, he made himself by turning into the biggest Villain in Sports when he went from "Pretty Boy Floyd" to "Money" during the build up of the Oscar De La Hoya fight But Haymon "HELPED" even Mayweather admit if he would've met Haymon Earlier he wouldn't made a lot more money. Also was it not Haymon who helped him get that Deal with Showtime? The point is that Maidana had a great year financially. And he would have NOT made that money fighting anyone else not named Floyd Mayweather. A manager/advisor is supposed to look out for the best interests of his fighters. It is impossible to look out for the best interests of all of your fighters if you have 150+ of them.

Joselito didn't call out Canelo. He beat Ortiz, the guy who is supposed to moved up and fight Canelo. Fight was fought at welter. Lopez didn't have to move up and fight Alvarez, but he did. You can interpret it as having balls or he was satisfied with the money they offered him. Again, IT WAS MADE without so much fuss. That's a good resume. To think if Berto won some of those fights he'd be bigger than anyone else in Haymon's stable except for Floyd. That would be because of the matchmaking. 100 Salka's can't touch a win over even someone like Mattyse. Exactly, its not nearly as bad a el feroz 82 made it out to be. Berto lost some and one some and made very exciting fights. It wasn't a Gary Russell or Wilder situation. Lets just see what he does and hope that he throws it all out there on NBC.
