Good move by Inoue. Regarding his weight his father said that he was more comfortable at 115 than 108 and was draining down significantly, you could sort of see it in his face at times.
Donaire didn't look good against Narvarez though. That fight was more about what Narvaez didn't do as opposed to what Donaire actually did.
I like Inoue, but this may be too big of a step up for him in his young career.
The fight wasnt exciting but he won just about every round
Narvaez is tricky tho, huge step up for this teen

That is smart. Inoue is gonna beat him anyway, with or without Donaire's help
Narvaez is a tricky, wily and methodical vet, it won't be as easy as you think. To top it off Naoya is going up 2 weight divisions, he is aiming straight to the top without assuring how his body fills in at a higher weight, this could either be brilliant or completely stupid. Believe me, upsets happen all the time. Especially with these young Japanese prospects whom tend to get catapulted through the ranks.
However, I've seen all of Naoya's fights and I'm a huge fan of his as well. I think he will get the nod but it will be an extremely close affair on the cards. With Naoya as champ, Roman Gonzalez will have another strong competitor at 115 to rip the belt from once he decides to stop terrorizing the 112 lbs division.
