13:37 Algieri's going to come in at 158lb. I don't know what his usual weight on fight night is because well who the fk knew him before, but a 158lb guy is hard to knock out if you're Pacquiao.
lol some reason but when canelo had go 152 you would think the internet was gonna over load
The people got mad because of all the years Flowmos were calling Pac a catchweight king Floyd drains Canelo down to 152. why diss a guy for catchwegihts and than drain a guy? people went bonkers because Floyd was a hypocrite and so were his fans, its like accusing a guy of steroids yet getting caught using.
I personally dont care about catchweights, but Flowmos only had that to discredit Pacs wins and it backfired on them because Floyd was the first to do a catchweight with Marquez and even failed to make weight and yet its pac who was the catchwegiht king. And than Floyd after saying he will never drain a fighter goes and drains one.
Also what division did Chris last fight? 140 right? so moving up 4 pounds is a benefit not a hindrance, Canelo was going down in weight.
I said it before Chris is not a small dude, he is 6 foot tall and walks around at 170. How he made 140 is crazy to me. If he hydrates back to that weight 150s no way Pac hurts him, I keep telling people Algieri will box circles around Pac watch.
Jessie Vargas is another big 140 guy he is 5 foot 11 and walks around in the 170s, Brandon Rios is a big lightweight he is 5 foot 9 and walks around in the 180s. Terence Crawford a 5 foot 11 lightweight who walks around in the 160s.
Many of these light weights and light welters are huge, much bigger than Pac, Floyd and Marquez.
Now I'm doubling my bet against Chris, If he is huge for a 140 lb why in hell does he have low KO. If his arsenal is just to jab then he's in the wrong sport.
Clottey, Margarito and Cotto's punches like a middleweight and Pac took them like pancakes.
Nevermind the JMM KO as it has an asterisk on it!
Pacquaio will whoop the shilt out of Chris!
Algieri's camp actually wanted the full 147lb limit, but Pacquiao's camp refused for some reason.

Good luck with rehydration. If Algieri's body can't compensate he'll be a walking 150lb tub of water getting rocked all night and then complain in the post-fight interview that "didn't have the speed".
Pac is at comfy 140+...... he's gonna eat algieri up. He's ready to go. :boxing:

u got urself a stalker, congrats! LOL
man you guys can't take a few jokes. you guys can call Floyd fans any and everything but can't take jokes about Manny's opponents.
what happened to NSB?
you are a very strange person. leave me alone you weirdo.
you are truly a sad person who needs jesus.
ok. Is there any extra seats in the sunday school you and algieiri go to. It might be weird to have a grown man in Sunday school. Maybe I should pretend to be a priest or bishop.
algieri fights at 140. if he can make 140 then making the 144 catchweight isn't a problem for him.
His mom just had to change his dinner from spaghetti o's with little meatballs to chicken soup with the alphabet noodles to make 140.
Not that big a deal honestly. Guys like D.Garcia and Matthysse usually rehydrate that much at 140.
Matthysse doesn't, he comes in around 151/153lbs. There was that one anomaly,
The other hot topic was the unofficial weight on fight night. According to the Showtime unofficial scales, he weighed in at 163 lbs, something out of the ordinary for Matthysse, who has weighed between 151 and 153 for his last 3 fights. When the questions was poised for the big re-hydration and if there was any issue with him making the 140 lb Jr. Welterweight limit, Matthysse was surprised and stated, “No I didn’t weigh 163lbs; I weighed 153 lbs on fight night. There’s no trouble making weight. I ate well the day before the weigh in, and I make weight comfortably.”
Garcia does, because he's not really a JWW and kills himself to make the weight.
158 is small compared to some of the guys Pac has fought. Margarito and Clottey were both 170+.
Looks like Algieri might be moving up soon if he's putting on 14-15 pounds after the weigh in.
