Marcos Maidana - He low blowed, fouled and tackled Floyd in the first fight. And still took an L. The second fight was clean and he got schooled.
Lucas Matthysse - Rabbit punches against Danny Garcia. And still took an L.
Andre Ward and Bernard Hopkins both need refs who permit illegal tactics such as deliberate head butts and clamping opponents' arms.
Wladimir Klitschko in his fight with Povetkin, ref called 2 pushdowns knockdowns, and allowed excessive clinching.
Floyd Mayweather in his fight with Maidana, needed a ref to permit him to repeatedly clamp Maidana's arm and deduct a point when he faked being pushed down.
Marco Huck and David Haye needs a referee to permit rabbit punching, which is very dangerous and can cause death because the spinal cord is there.
you are an idiot and a troll......
Good posts!
It just drives me crazy when someone like B-Hop and Wlad made a career out of fouling and Ward and Mares are well on their way.....Floyd was awful in his last fight too
I feel that if you had a ref that took points for excessive clinching and other stuff these guys would have had much different career trajectories....grudgingly excluding Floyd I guess
Mares in the first agbeko fight was never deducted a point for his excessive
balls punching.
also the opposite in the lamont peterson/ amir khan fight. the refereee
was deducting points in favor for peterson
Danny Garcia against Lucas M. had some shady refereeing to say the least. I believe it could have been a different result had the fight been handled fairly
Just want to see who people think need a certain "style" of referee to perform their best?
Floyd Mayweather is the only cry baby that uses refs to win Used Cortez for years used him against Hatton it was an even fight until Cortez took Hatton off his game by deducting a point didn't allow Hatton to fight his inside game. Cry baby used Bayless against Madaina he also used the commission to cry over gloves too, the sooner this guys gone the better it will be for boxing
I used to think Mayweather was pretty good, but his performance against Maidana II was aweful, can't even say that was a performance, more like a Discovery Chanel survival watching that cost $70.
He had to clinch every 10 seconds to win the fight against a fighter like Maidana, had he not been allowed to excesssively clinch, the fight could've been more exciting than the first.
