Yeah but since when is the Ali Act actually being inforced. Has this ever happened, has anybody every lost his license over violating the Ali act? Boxing 360 recently lost there promoters license over the Ali act. It's rare but it can happen. It took for a long time for it to happen too, and 360 had a lot of enemies.

Al Haymon is not listed on anybody's contract as a promoter. There is no concrete evidence of anything. Simply because some blogger or some guy on a boxing message board claims something does not make it true. You should go on one of those sites where they promote conspiracy theories because that is all you are doing with your comments. Maybe you should not think everything is a conspiracy theory and I was just trolling... It's really no deeper than that. But Dan Rafael wouldn't tweet something that wasn't true, he's one of the very few trustworthy reporters in boxing anyway. And if Haymon isn't a promoter that's fine, he can advise who his guys fight but he can't make them choose who to fight because that would qualify him as a promoter.
