Is today's Shannon Briggs a bum?

I was thinking to myself that if Shannon Briggs spent all his energy fighting some serious opposition to earn his shot instead of clowning around ( yes it is funny though), he would at least be taken seriously. I came to the conclusion that Shannon Briggs has lost it and he (subconsciously) knows it. He deperately needs that paycheck to pays his debts. Actually, Briggswas never truly considered a top heavyweight. He lost to every serious opposition he's faced and hardly outpointed a semi-retired Foreman. Actually, I believe that the likes of WIlder, Joshua or Fury would savagely brutalize him

He was the lineal champion man..that is a fact that lineal title was a gift tho. foreman clearly won that fight

The thing I love about this poll is that people who vote that Briggs is a good boxer don't take it seriously. Briggs refused to fight Leapai... I mean come on! I am more than sure that he was offered at least 10 times what he earned for his last 4 fights.

So to you being considered a top heavyweight is beating a completely shot Foreman and then getting brutally slaughtered by Lennox Lewis and Vitali Klitschko? All in all, Briggs held the same belt twice for less than a year... That is what I call a paper champion... foreman clearly got robbed in that fight. I had foreman up by 4 rounds
