Very simple. Rematch lucas or beat broner. After that. Move up and fight someone nobody expects you to(thurman) And line yourself up for a floyd fight. Why the fvck does he need to rematch Matthysse for? He beat the sh1t outta that hypejob. The person that deserves a rematch is Herrera. Matthysse should fight someone credible before begging for a rematch or kick rocks.

He needs to look impressive against someone that people at least kind of respect. That is all anyone can go to gain really at least from a lull from a loss (or in his case near loss). The better the guy he can look good against the better it is for him and if he could string a couple together that would be even better. Garcia is still in a good spot though so one solid impressive win really puts him in the mix at the top end I reckon.

Clearly, the Garcia father and son team don't give a flying trapeze about this thing about stock. Getting $700,000 for fighting Salsa is no laughing matter. Which means he'll get maybe five times that amount fighting legit opponents. His stock appears fine to me.

He needs to either 1. rematch herrera and beat him cleanly 2. get another big win,, ie khan rematch, ghost, bradley 3. Unify 140 with peterson fights like those are what is needed for danny to get his hype back, like he had after the lucas win
