You can't say a fighter is ducking another fighter while they have fights scheduled. It makes absolutely no sense. Also, when Floyd gets asked about a fight with Pacquiao and responds with "We don't know who we're fighting next" doesn't mean he's ducking him or flip-flopping. Use your heads. If Floyd came out and said "I want Pacquiao next, it's the only fight that makes financial sense" it gives Pacquiao's side extra leverage when negotiations officially start AFTER Pacquiao gets through Algieri. He has to respond like he has a lot of options, that's what he's always done.
The only time you can say Floyd is ducking or Manny is ducking is when both of them have no fight scheduled, and one of them causes the fight to be derailed. For example, Pacquiao refusing testing in the first negotiations, or Floyd offering no ppv in the second negotiations. I f***ing hate it when people still carry on about ducking when they arn't even negotiating.
There's always a 4 month period between when they both have no opponent. Floyds definitely more of the reason the fights never happened, but bob doesn't do pacquiao any favours either. Floyds fought the better opposition. But pacs fought many more different styles.
