Wow you're right :lol1: Apologises, I did not specify like I thought I did.
What I meant was how many times did he land the pull counter after Round 3. Because the clips you showed were of that punch.
Few hours was a throwaway statement, one hour, couple hours, few hours, I didn't know for sure I was just guessing. It was a period of time later it was I was getting at.
As for the actual pull counters, he did not land many after round 3. That's for sure.
I was nervous every time he looked like he wanted to throw a pull counter after the big shot he took in the 3rd. He may have landed it a couple of times after that round and frankly I felt like he should've stopped looking for it. It was there a lot but the risk was also high because Maidana was looking for it.
Where did you see pull counter there in your post? :nonono:
As I said, you were not specific. You also were incorrect, saying that I replied to you a few hours later. At this point, you've lost damn near all credibility. So me showing someone like you more examples is like zzzzz.
Like I said, he was getting hit with pull counters all night long. Me showing you a pull counter in Round 5, is just an example of it happening again after Round 3.

How many times did he do this after Round 3?
Not many.

Sorry, 1 hour later. That's neither here nor there.
How was I not specific? I said; "How many pull counters did he land after Round 3?" how can I be more specific than that? I'm asking for the specific punch, not a jab, not a hook, not a lead right hand, a pull counter.
You've shown me one, that was in Round 5.
How many more was there? Not many.
My homework? :lol1: I know there wasn't many, I've watched it a few times now. I know there wasn't many after Round 3. You're the one saying otherwise.
Like I said, he was getting hit with pull counters all night long. Me showing you a pull counter in Round 5, is just an example of it happening again after Round 3.
Stop telling lies. I did not reply a few hours later. I replied, literally an hour later after you post. Check the times for confirmation. That is a fact.
You were not specific. You just asked how many times did he do this, and that he didn't land many. That is very vague since I also posted a jab to the head. So again, stop telling lies and next time be more specific. Or at least admit that you weren't specific if I mention that you weren't.
And do you think I am here to do your homework? Asking for more? :lol1:

This is a pretty easy thread to bust, considering as he has gotten older the level of competition has gotten easier. So apparently even Floyd knows this and is padding his stats.
None of those are pull counters.
Obviously Floyd landed good punches throughout the fight, he won the fight in clear, wide fashion.
But like I said, not many pull counters after Round 3.
That's another sign of an aging fighter and a fighter in decline. Floyd was much sharper in the first 3 rounds than he was in the rest of the fight.
I mean, denying Floyd is well into decline is just outrageous to me considering how clearly obvious it is.
that punch effected the rest of the fight floyd has a chin not many WWs would be standing after that punch,
Understood but then you came back a few hours later and quoted that post with 4 clips, none of which were pull counters.
I was pretty specific, I said "Pull counter" I don't know how more specific I can be.
He did not land many after Round 3. If you're so adamant he did then show me them.
We have the one in the 5th. What others?

The end of the 3rd round with that massive shot that Maidana landed changed a lot of things for Floyd. He still overcame and pulled out the win. He was visibly hurt and the end of the fights you can see the effects
The stats only show that Maidana is easy to hit , something we already knew.
Mayweather hasn't "lost his legs" as a whole , he can still take a shot, although he looked much more vulnerable, scared to get hit almost.
He has slowed down, both in terms of pace and output. His reflexes are a notch slower than they used to be.
It's only normal, the man is almost 38 , fought as a pro for 18 years.
I had other things to do, so of course I'm gonna say give me a moment. And you weren't specific as to the type of punches being landed. Like I said, Maidana was getting hit with pull counters all night long. He was a sucker for it the majority of the fight.

You've got to be kidding me. Maidana was getting hit with pull counters all night long. What fight were you watching?
Here's another, and this from the 5th round. We aren't even talking about round 6 through 12.
another punch i can't even tell if it landed, angle jump didn't help
If it were Floyd that got hit with that same uppercut and immediately stumbled afterwards, you guys would be saying Maidana buckled his knees. :nonono:
doubt it, there are countless of times maidana actually lands punches on floyd similar to how floyd lands alot of his punches(skimming, rolled etc) that make barely any contact yet we all know those type of punches you wouldn't count on floyd, but against maidana, because he looks so awkward pulling his head back, you'd make it seem like a flush shot
Watch all his fights since the JMM fight since that is really the applicable version. What do your eyes tell you?
This is a qualitative argument not quantitative so what my eyes tell me from watching all those fights is way more important than any number because this is a question based purely on things you can't quantify.
What does this prove? Lol. He's 37 years old there is no problem admitting he's lost a step or two. He can't be prime forever
Co-sign!!!
Thankfully some people get it!!!!!
Poor example. Floyd was buckled by Corley and Judah in 2004 and 2006, in his prime. Very, very poor example.
It's happened two fights in a row, by a slow fighter. Versus to two times previously in his entire career, against much younger, quicker fighters.
You can crunch all the numbers you want, ask Mayweather how that broken nose feels.
Great example, real great example.
Well I just said he didn't throw many, you said "Give me a moment" then came back and showed me 4 clips, none of which were pull counters.
There's another one from Round 5, there's probably a few more.
There's certainly not many.
