Joshua is now 8-0 with 8 KO's. Taking out Airich early on is a good win for Joshua at this stage of his career.
He is due to fight Bakhtov on the 11th of October, if he takes out Bakhtov early I dunno what should be done with Joshua then. It would be too early for Chisora, Fury, definitely too early for Haye. Tony Thompson when Anthony had a record of 9-0? I don't think so.
You are a sh1t piece of troll.
It's called speculation.. no one knows for sure of course, maybe Wlad would survive against Joshua but the evidence points towards Joshua putting Wladimir out of commission in only 5 rounds of sparring, wasn't the Pulev fight cancelled shortly after they sparred? That's not some random coincidence.. So what makes you think Wlad could somehow survive for 12 rounds against Joshua -- especially without headgear? I think Joshua stops him within 6.
Noticed him on his toes abit more in this fight, bit more fluid. . . but still along way to go. . . but as others have said, he's doing what can be asked atm so you can't knock that.
He is indeed. Big Church, Mayweathers bodyguard, is even bigger.

Joshua is the same size as Kugan Cassius, the dude with him in the first pic. Then in the bottom pic Kugan Cassius is with Big Church.
Joshua would kill him in a fight so who cares. Size is about genetics and the food you eat.
Boxing also adds skills and hard work into it.
Airich only lasted 3 rounds, at least Wladimir lasted 5 rounds with Joshua before he had to get taken to hospital with injuries, and postpone/cancel the Pulev fight.
Although the difference is that Wlad had headgear against Joshua, maybe Wlad couldn't have lasted 5 rounds without the gear? Might even have been a career-ender for him?

@Welsh Jon: Well Joshua himself has said he's not listening to the hype. On several occasions he has used the hashtag "#nohype" on twitter.
@teddycanyon: He is 8-0 after his victory tonight, he's not gonna be going near the top 10 for a fair while. He literally could have fought cab drivers in his first 7 fights, but he got experience from them.
I'm trying real hard not to get carried away with
Joshua.
He's green and hell and his flaws are clear to see, but so is his potential.
Fuk it I'm gonna give into the hype! I declare myself now as a member of team AJ.

You mean fatter. Joshua should step up his competition. He's a big enough name where he can get some bigger fights.
Joshua is a huge motherfucker

legit stoppage at least, not like the airich-charr farce.
Thanks for posting that. Joshua looked great, he coulda knocked him out early but he took his time, learning his craft. Near perfect performance.
He's not fighting Bakhtov.
Don't believe everything on BoxRec.
His opponent will likely be Yaroslav Zavorotnyy, Evgeny Orlov or Ondrej Pala.
Hearn seems to think its still happening :dunno:
Decent win tonight. Airich really isnt that good but its a step up and AJ did what he had to do. Hopefully the Bahktov fight comes off
Airich is still a D level fighter. I mean Charr took him out quickly even Tye Fields.
Joshua is still too static for my liking. Huge potential would like to move more and get a better understanding of angles. He maybe needs to fight guys like Kali Meehan, Fedosov etc. Then move onto Adameks/Cunninghams/Oquendo amd Charr. Then Tony Thompson etc. build him gradually not as slow as Wilder but not as quickly as they did David Price.
