Why MayVsPac (THIS TIME) could be LEGIT

Has anyone ever thought the Main reasons why negotiations have failed is to do with "Money"/ "Purses"; Think about it ... If Floyd wanted a bigger purse, His reasons would be: 1. He didn't trust TopRank to solely hold the promotions of May vs Pac- "because there in his opponents interests" and maybe fears of getting another Bumped Down Cheques from TopRank for his services. 2. Therefore He needed GoldenBoy's promoters license to co-promote it, Where the networks would dish out the profit between both Promotions. Floyd's issue with this is that he would need to split his profit with GoldenBoy, thus him wanting bigger slice of the Pie, which Arum wouldn't accept thus negotiations would fail. I actually had thought about this years ago, Ignoring all the "Coward/Scared/Excuses" labels most of you fanboys gave Floyd. Now we are hearing the same rumors of a May vs Pac fight in 2015, But Whats different this time?; 1. Mayweather Promotions have their own Promotional licenses in the East and West coasts. 2. Therefore Floyd don't need to split his slice with GoldenBoy anymore. Which could set a good basis for a positive negotiations regarding "Purses" with TopRank to get the fight done. 3. Networks would pay Mayweather Promotions Directly, Instead of TopRank/GoldenBoy. (Finally Dishing his own 50mill+ Cheque lol) Not saying I am 100% right, but thinking thoroughly through the whole situation i try to recognize the main reason why this fight didn't happen, and probability gave me this answer.
