Manny has his own promotional company..why is he not using it in America?

The same reason Floyd uses GBP for all of his fights. Because TMT is a tiny organization and doesn't have the logistics like GBP (and in Manny's case, Top Rank) does to promote massive fights. Manny's promotional company just isn't big enough to promote a massive fight.

Is there a reason behind this? serious question....he is a huge star and people like him so why is he not promoting fights and promoting himself? Why isn't Mayweather using his on a worldwide level? Boxing is a worldwide sport is it not?
