Cotta stops him. Cotto had a bad night the first fight and Trout is a good boxer. An aggressive Cotto stops him.
This.
Cotto by stoppage under 10 rounds.
I think I would lean for Cotto in a rematch, but I think Trout could be more durable at 160. If Trout shows up he can still give Cotto problems stylistically.
Trout is definitely looking vulnerable as of late in the chin department. Hitting the deck 4 times heavily in his last 3 fights and twice in his last fight against a so called no hoper while Cotto has looked rejuvenated under Freddie Roach and has seemed to have got his power and movement back.
Why would it be that different than the fisrt fight? Just because Roach? C'mon... It would goes the same as the first fight, Trout's style is simply bad for Cotto and he has size disadvantage too. Trout UD again....
I like Trout, he's a cool guy and a tough, skilled fighter. He has the dimensions and style to give Miguel problems whenever they fight. I thought Cotto looked poor the first time around and yes some of that was down to Trout but I feel like it was an off night to a degree with Cotto too. Since their bout MC has looked at his brutal best demolishing Rodriguez in a couple of rounds and then stepping up to Middle to dethrone and bang about regining champ Sergio Martinez while Austin has gon 1-2 in his last three being dropped in all of them and four times total, he's looked vulnerable. Granted the opposition has been great. I think Miguel fighting like he is would get Austin outta there at some point in another tough fight
