Pacquiao is reading from an English written speech at the start, sometimes he can't pronounce the words properly because of his accent, but he is reading it much smoother than Floyd when Floyd tried to read a simple drop in his own language and struggled. Apparently because you have an Accent you are considered dumb. But saying Axed instead of Ask and only knowing one language but not being able to speak it properly doesn't make you dumb. So what is Floyds excuse for not being able to read English properly he had access to a better educational system than Manny.
