Is Kell Brook the biggest and strongest 147lber?

to me both porter and brook looked big as hell.

Brook looked good. Major props for a real good win over a proven fighter coming off good wins.

Yes, no doubt he is the strongest and biggest 147 pounder. The guy's a genetic freak, Porter had those flabby big muscles, but Brook was built like a rock, lean and solid muscle, and not to mention his legs are big, no wonder it was hard for Porter to toss him around. Thurman hits harder, but he isn't strong like Brook and Thurman is only 5 foot 7.

Thurman isn't as big as the likes of Brook, Maidana in my opinion. He looks on par with Khan, although Khan was like 160lbs against Collazo but didn't look it at all.

I actually thought brook looked bigger overall. Porters height made him look broader, but Ezekiel's traps, shoulders, legs, arms, all looked bigger to me. He looked very strong and in complete control the whole time, nothing porter did seemed to bother him, and I'm a porter fan.

Then we agree to some extent. Porter really took a little beating in the latter parts of the fight, and it showed on his face. He was exhausted after 5-6 rounds and was hurt multiple times. Kell was strong throughout. Yeah, that's what I was getting at. Both were physically as strong as each other but kell's conditioning and the fact he wasn't just throwing wildly helped him come through.

He didn't even look bigger than Porter to me, taller yes but Porter is broader. Keep in mind Porter was a jr middleweight for like half his career. He was the bigger and stronger fighter on the night. i think Porter was surprised he couldn't move Brook the way he could with Malignaggi and Alexander.

I'm not disputing that kell won cleanly in the later rounds, I even said that porter started to fade while brook took control. I don 'to believe that either "manhandled" the other. If we are talking about boxing like you want to then I'm saying kell outBOXED porter but it wasn't like either was bullying the other around the ring. Porter is very strong but so is brook. Hence, it never devolved into one shoving the other about. Instead brook would clinch then move out to box him from range. But it wasn't a shutout. He can't have been 165 or over lastnight because the ibf don't let you go 10lbs over the weigh in limit. That limit is for the weigh in on the morning of fight day.

I say Maidana and Thurman are bigger and more powerful. This. As overhyped as thurman is I would say he is bigger and stronger. But thurman can be stopped due to his lacking defence.
