Obviously Wlad would batter him but he's no worse than Mormeck, Pianeta or Leapai. If Wlad doesn't have a mandatory to fight and there's no outstanding name out there (like Haye was), then why not?

Wlad seems to be helping Briggs out so there would be some demand for the two of them to fight. Helping out a friend to get some money. That's the only thing I can think of, because this is definitely staged. Yeah, it's possible. Since Wlad didn't even look surprised or anything when Briggs showed up. Almost like he knew he'd show up. And than pouring the water on him like that seemed a bit out of character for Wlad. But who really knows.
