Can Anthony Joshua do a Mike Tyson and fight for the title 20 months after his debut?

Tyson made his debut on the 6th of March 1985 and fought Berbick for the WBC Heavyweight title on the 22nd of March 1986, 20 months after his first fight. Do you guys think Anthony Joshua can do the same? Could he fight Klitschko by June 2015? I think if he knocks out Zavorotnyi early on he could do it. Zavorotnyi has never been KO'd, went 8 rounds with Pulev and 10 rounds with David Price.

I don't see why not, maybe some paper title yeah, I mean he's a big fuxking HGH induced lump thats hit pretty hard by the looks of it so yeah maybe he can.

Not at all. Tyson could have fought for the title on his debut probably and still won. He was destroying full grown men from the age of 14. He was on a totally different level to Joshua at that stage in his career, plus belts were being handed around back then. The champions were weak. With all due respect to Tubbs, Berbick and Spinks, they are not even close to being on Wlad's level.

Zavorotnyi has been stopped twice and sure he can but win a title? Not if Wladimir is still active and Stiverne still has his strap. He is too green and stiff, he needs time to develop.
