Lara ****ed up in rounds 7,8 and 9. Too much moving not enough punching. That's what I had thought originally and this app pretty much confirms it.
Robbery or not, in the end Lara only has himself to blame. And us Lara fans cant really he mad about it. He f*cked up and I bet after watching the fight he was probably kicking himself on the head.
This average scorecard has 10-10 rounds because they were evenly split between who won the round. For example if 6 people scored the fight and 3 gave the round to canelo and 3 gave the round to Lara, the avg card will show 10-10. The alternative is for the avg scorecard to arbitrarily award one fighter the winner of the round.
I understand that but did you see the 1st post? JDSF4ggot called me out and said "i thought people dont score 10-10 rounds anymore- said the fckn retard"
Well judges dont score even rounds lol he just made himself look stupid AGAIN
Its fcnkg retarded right? Imagine how many fights would be inconclusive if judges scored all close rounds 10-10 or 9-9. Somebody needs to fckng win the round there isn't tied rounds. This isnt soccer

how is it an average scorecard with 10-10 rounds?

data based on 60 scorers of the fight using the JudgecardX iPhone app
That is probably the best scorecard I have seen. 10-10 rounds need to be scored, and this fight definitely had them.
We get into bad places in the sport where a fight has even rounds and people give that round to one fighter or another instead of scoring an even round.
Gotcha. Yeah that's because the percentages weren't exactly 50/50 for those rounds. They were 55/50 and 51/51 for percent of people that gave a 10 for canelo/Lara respectively.
Gotcha....
how is it an average scorecard with 10-10 rounds?
A 10-10 round in the average scorecard can also mean about half the people gave the round to canelo and half have it to Lara. Doesn't necessarily mean that most people actually scored it 10-10
Are users able to access other users' scorecards? I'm not sure how that would work but I'm guessing it would be more complicated?
Yes users can see other users scorecards
I gave round 2 to Canelo. I had it a draw, but I was worried it could have gone to Lara. Anyways, who cares, we're talking about splitting atoms now...it's not like either fighters stock rose because of this fight. Everyone needs to move on now.
I gave rd 2 to Lara and him winning 7-5
Yeah I've actually thought about letting users add a little star notation to close rounds or something like that. I always like to remember the rounds that I might have scored the other way also.

Reason I ask is because, rounds 5 and 6, the lines aren't equal length.

Accoring to JSDF4ggot those are legit scores. :lol1: whenever theres a close round I guess all judges should score it 9-9 or 10-10 because nobody won the round :chairshot:banghead:
If noone did anything in the round and it is pretty close. Then it should be score 10-10
even many lara fans accused levi martinez for giving lara round 12...
and it was easy to give rounds 5 and 6 to the aggressor being how close some people think they were..
The lines are precisely accurate given the data stored in the database. If the lines seem evenly split then it means it was a close round and about half the people scored it for canelo, half for Lara. If they seem more lopsided towards one fighter then that fighter won the round more convincingly.

I thought about this the other day when I gave Lara a round that I should've probably given to Canelo but when I was thinking of the round I couldnt remember which one it was. Thats when I thought, if it had that feature I couldve notated on there something like "Close round that probably shouldve gone to Canelo."
Just let us know when you get the app done for Android man. Hopefully I wont miss the announcement.
