TYSON FURY reckons pushing a tractor and flipping tires are the driving force behind his preparations to beat Dereck Chisora this month.
The outspoken heavyweight star has been putting in the hard graft inside and outside the gym to ensure he is in top shape for their clash in Manchester on July 26.
And that includes pushing a three-ton tractor as part of his gruelling training regime laid out by coach and uncle Peter Fury.

Those exercises sound stupid, he is bound to get some serious back injuries from the sound of it.
Exactly what I was thinking, theres got to be a more effective way to work those specific muscles without putting so much strain on the back. Could literally end his entire boxing career in one haphazard training camp.
When I first heard Tyson speak I liked him and was excited about what he can do. When you see a bit more of him, it becomes obvious he's just some low-class, uneducated airhead. Pushing tractors is going to actualise his potential as a boxer? Really? How about getting in some real sports-science or some boxing-related work like the educated athletes?
Anyway, Chisora needs to get knocked out a few more times for his b*ull**** so i hope this farmer-swag works out for Fury.
I hope he doesn't end up with a herniated disk flipping tractor tires. His uncle is stupid putting up this regime for him.
