Given his track record this could be true. But I don't think he is really that stupid enough to disrespect a world class fighter whose popularity and stock just rose after giving it all in the fight of his life. Gamboa is still very relevant in the boxing world and even though he lost I bet he is even more popular. Gamboa needs to get away from 50 period. He has know experience in promoting fighters and so far has done a ****ty job. Gamboa before he takes another fight desperately needs a good trainer.
Those tweets are false; 50 is loyal to a fault. I'm a millionaire rapper b/c of Fiddy. Make sure to check out Billy Dibs on Wednesday Night Fights on ESPN2 #SMSAUDIO
:lol1::lol1::lol1:
i doubt he left gamboa because he was looking good for first few rounds, he's still an exciting fighter to watch win or lose so he'll get TV dates no problem, it wouldn't be a good business move for 50 to drop him so I don't think he would.. maybe he was just p!ssed off that night and left the building..
SMH. Isn't Yuri his only fighter? That's wack. Anyways, I knew that Gamboa was going to lose soon. Dude just seems real bored with the sport. Then add on to all the time off after the Top Rank/Rios debacle and there you have it.
He left ringside while Gamboa was being looked at by the doctor and they were doing the post fight interviews. Nobody knows whether he went back to his locker room or not.

Don't see the big deal. Even if he didn't get in the ring doesn't mean he wasn't just waiting for him in the locker room. His guy lost but was just in the fight of the year IMO. He put him in a risky fight with a much bigger guy after a long layoff. He had to know a loss was a real possibility. 50 gets a bad rap and a lot of it for good reason but I think people are reading too much into this.
Gamboa's stock went up after this fight. 50 cent hasn't realized it yet. I haven't seen other semi-stars pack a stadium, and it's eventually justified.
Gamboa will be back. He'd done a great job promoting himself in this fight, even if he lost.
50 Cent has no loyalty. He leaves and neglects people that don't serve his purpose. He has that cold-hearted hustler mentality where it's all about the benefit. He's not going to let his emotions get the best of him by feel empathy for Gamboa. 50 Cent is a shark and exploiter.
While these rumors of this reported situation may be untrue or over exaggerated, everything you said is accurate.
He's run off just about everyone who's been close to him at one point or another
I find this hard to believe even with the tweets. When your guy puts on a performance like that, I don't see how you can't be proud. If true, 50 has no honor.
All I know is he was pitching Gamboa till it was coming out of our ears. He also walked in with him and stood next to him before the fight. But I didn't see him next to Gamboa after the fight while being interviewed about the loss.
And I just saw 50 Cent walk into the bowels of the arena, he isn***39;t waiting around for his fighter I guess. #boxing #CrawfordGamboa— Steve Kim (@stevemaxboxing) June 29, 2014
50 Cent walked right past press row, wasn***39;t even looking at Gamboa and how he was doing. Will he at least see him in the dressing room?— Steve Kim (@stevemaxboxing) June 29, 2014
50 acting real shady

Blah blah blah this story is fake
Even if the story is fake, everything I said still applies to 50 Cent. Once Gamboa doesn't serve his purpose, he'll be gone.
