I was just going to post this lol. He admitted it too which surprised me, after all that best vs the best sh*t he's been spewing he's no different, just like every other promoter watching out for there cash-cows.
So let me get this straight, Oscar has been going on and on about the fans getting the fights they want and putting on the best fight for the fans, yet he advised Canelo not to take the fight against Lara? :lol1: sure Oscar, I'm not buying your bullcrap
Rumor has it that this fight is one of the things that tipped the cup with Schaefer. Oscar supposedly was not pleased at all that Schaefer went ahead and made this fight. And this episode kinda leans toward confirming that. He totally did not want this fight for Canelo and just confirmed this in the episode. I had heard it before, but this time it's right from the source.
Mayweather thought Canelo beat trout.
Mayweather didnt "thought" that, he was promoting his fight with Canelo...or do you think hes gonna say that Canelo lost his last fight so im gonna fight him cause im always fighting the best etc. ?
This was a damn good episode of All Access. One of the best in recent memory. I love when Canelo mixes in what little English he knows when he's talking, that sh.t is hilarious lol. "I want to fight Lara".
I'm so hyped for this fight!!
LMAO great meme. Chente es el pinche don de Mexico. Solo encuentras botellas vacías cuando empieza esta rola***8230;

lol vamos a pistiar!!!! llorarrrr y llorrrarrr
Thx for the video homie!!!
After watching the two recent fights from both Canelo and Lara, I'm starting to lean Lara.
To effectively land and counter Lara, Canelo will need to get on his toes and be flexible -- Something he isn't known to do. And this is where I see the fight leaning so heavily in Lara's favor. If Lara was the type to stand in front of Canelo, then no doubt he loses badly.
Many may raise the fact that Angulo gave Lara all he could handle and some more -- While Canelo all but blew Angulo out of the fight easily.
Here is the difference & determining elements:
- Angulo has better pursuit technique and movement in the ring than Canelo and was able to keep the pressure on Lara throughout the fight. Canelo doesn't have good movement and he doesn't pursue very well which will play into Lara's strengths. Lara, I presume is going to circle, Jab & counter Canelo all night long. While Canelo will be trying to initiate a toe-to-toe battle, which isn't going to happen.
- Angulo didn't have to pursue Canelo, because Canelo fought flat-footed the entire fight. And if anyone is going to stand in front of Canelo, then he's getting bombed outta there. Lara isn't going full macho, and will box the crap outta Canelo. If I were to rank boxing skills between the two, I would give Lara the edge by a good margin.
If Lara is allowed to control the distance, pace and movement of the fight, then Canelo will lose in reality, but may still win on the cards (hint!)
If Lara goes full retard and tries to slug it out with Canelo, then the scorecards will not be necessary, because Canelo wins this one easily.
Spot on as always :fing02:
I think Lara's jab is going to give Canelo 99 problems. He has a reach advantage also, much better conditioning, and I do think he is the better boxer.
Like you said, if Landy stands there and trades he could possibly get hurt, but he won't do that. He moves very well and I think Canelo might gas (as usual)

All Access is better when you get to see different fighters on it but it is extremely boring when you see the same fighters on it over and over.
both fighters camp was very interesting
I really enjoyed this episode and believe it's refreshing to see Lara talk about his life and family. My favourite segments are not the training or trash talking, no… it's when Chepo Reynoso is singing those classic tunes, brings those feels man. Canelo and Lara are looking good and ready. Let's hope they give us a good fight with a decisive winner so their idiotic fans can shut up already. I can hear them ranting and bashing back and forth from 2 threads away.
Oh, and Lara's dove hobby is awesome. My father shared the same hobby when I was growing up, plus the symbolism he attached to them is nice and speaks volumes about what Lara has gone through and what his new alias signifies. Respect.

Oscar is just selling the fight by saying that. What is he suppose to say? That canelo will dominate and beat Lara down? Why would Oscar wanna say that for lol. He's just trying to sell the fight.
I'm telling you man, Oscar can fool a lot of these guys by just saying he wants the best fighting the best and the best fights for the fans but at the end of the day he's just like every other promoter out there. Dude isn't fooling me.
Maybe when he said the best fight the best, it excluded cashcows. You know, one of those quotes with an * then a disclaimer at the bottom.
Mayweather thought Canelo beat trout.
Like Floyd is gonna admit that he's fighting a guy coming off a loss.
