Hahaha. Slappy didn't like challenging fights in his prime, yet he's going to come back and fight Froch? Not only would he not do it, he'd get his ass beat.

Idk but he would still be behind Hopkins. Thats all I know. How? An out of prime Joe dominated a prime version of B-Hop. Their is just no logical argument for Hopkins being ranked higher than Joey Zags.

Right now I have Joe 12th on my ATG list. I think a win over Froch would bump him to about 8th. I see Joe winning. I like Carl but Joe is on a totally different level. As if Calslappy could knock the cobra out. A prime Calzaghe would box Froch to a decision. If he came out of retirement, he gets knocked out.

He is way past his prime so he can't fight as good as he could before he retired. A victory over Froch would be a nice win but it would not make him greater in my opinion. His win over Hopkins was more impressive than beating Froch.

I don't even want to think about Calzaghe. Outside of Britain he isn't a relevant fighter. At least Froch fights everyone in their prime and has beat most of them. Calzaghe is no George Foreman. He isn't going to all of a sudden come out of retirement and beat an elite fighter. For one, his speed was his greatest asset and due to age and retirement has diminished. Also, Calzaghe's power left him a long time ago so what does he have left? Froch is arguably in his prime with plenty of steam left.
