... And that was an out of shape, circus trained Cotto. Imagine what this PROPERLY trained and conditioned version of Cotto would do to him.

Golovkin is the definition of a true hater, it has to be said.
I like to think of myself as a realist, someone unbiased who provides sincere and honest opinions and information.
Circus trained? You must not be that familiar with Pedro Diaz. He is a very good trainer and crafted an excellent gameplan in the fight against Mayweather. Cotto fought well both offensively and defensively. He was also well conditioned in the Mayweather fight.
I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch with the more aggressive Roach trained Cotto though.
This right here.
Is that the CBS special that tried to make Floyd out to be Nelson Mandela, a freedom fighter... and not the scumbag woman beater he really is? I'm not watching that bullsh*t. Tell me at what point he says the things you claim?
I literally laughed out loud in public when I read this on my phone. :lol1: :lol1:
The link takes you directly to the part where he mentions this.
The reason why Cotto did well against Floyd is because he didn't try to knock him out, he used his jab and was actually on the backfoot a lot more than usual. A more aggressive Cotto would be an easier task for Floyd.
This........The counter punching gameplan from Diaz suited that fight well as anyone with a eye know Floyd is a stalker first , with his GOAT to follow second, he wants a brawl, he could have boxed Cotto lie he did easily the first 4-5 rounds, but Floyd loves to brawl, the blupring thas been out on Chino but Floyd loves a dog fight.....
A offensive come forward less defensive Roach trained Cotto gets put on his ass leading to a dominant Floyd victory, plus Mayweather knows everything Cotto has facing a dangerous counterpuncher, master at gauging distance he already knows, and master tactician vs Floyd in a rematch spells bad new for anyone and Mayweather wont be talking sitting on the ropes, and giving daps to Cotto mid combo, smiling at him and backing off when Cotto was dead to rights and such with all the marbles on the line....
Cotto should pursue this fight relentlessly, Canelo and all the other hypejobs will be there post loss, a Floyd rematch at this point could end up being the biggest fight in ppv history though, he cant pass that up..........
When Mandela's daughter was negotiating the fight, the issue was Mayweather wanted $100 million guarantee. That was long after "Money" ran away from the second negotiation supposedly to take a long vacation and spend time with his family. Turned out that he spent a week consulting with Don King, then came back with a new demand. TBE (The Biggest Evader) is an utter joke in the sport.

Moody claims that negotiations with Mayweather Jr. fell through when Mandela did not come up with the cash to finance the event.
Roach told us the truth. It was Manny and Bob who refused the fight. Why can't you just tell the truth about this.

Cotto was shot
Cotto was fat lol
Cotto didn't have Roach
Cotto didn't train properly
These are all the new excuses I've been hearing since Saturday night lol.
Didn't click any video in this thread. Just the mention of Mandela in connection to Floyd makes me puke. The revered freedom fighter was a huge boxing fan. He wanted so much to see the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight. He even sent his daughter to negotiate the fight. And here is Duckweather visiting South Africa behaving as if he did something special. The PPV fraud disappointed a lot of fans, living and dead.

Its no secret to ubias fans that Cotto-Floyd was close, and Cotto won 4 rounds clearly and there was 2 rounds up in the air that Everybody including myself gave to Floyd..
I think floyd won a 115-113, 116-112 type of descision with the rounds being extremely competitive. I a rematch I still favor Floyd, but Cotto have the skillset and power to win it.
I become more and more convinced that people don't know how to score fights, period. I know some of it is trolling but you can't be serious here. The only clear round he won was round 6. I doubt you, being as biased as you are, gave 2 rounds that could have gone either way to Mayweather :lol1:
The word duck is being used too loosely in this case, Floyd can't make any weight above 150 pounds. A 155 pound catchweight is possible but he would get no credit for it so there probably is no point of it.
So 154 against DLH and Cotto, and 152 against Canelo is not making weight above 150?

I just want people to look at that Manny pic with his ear bandaged. Manny didn't seem to have balance issues against Cotto, but that's EXACTLY what happened to Martinez. His knees weren't 100% but he was falling everywhere because of the eardrum, not because his knee was shot. Want to know what a torn ACL injury looks like... watch Yuri Foreman or RG in the playoffs, the knee LOCKS UP and can't move this was not the case with Sergio who had the same injury.
you guys are fucking gullible cotto went 10 rounds with a 39 years old Cripple that looked like **** in his prevues fights and is coming of multiple surgeries and coming of a 14 months layoff! and now cotto is the one to beat floyd FUCK OUTTA here!. floyd already dominated cotto, he has only 3 fights left he better not waste it on cotto.
You had Sergio by KO, I can tell.
Duck a guy who could only muster up 2-3 rounds? :lol1:
Or... you can say a rematch who gave Floyd his toughest fight? BTW Floyd said Cotto was his toughest fight, on camera so don't even try to say it wasn't.
Like I said, Mayweather will duck a rematch even long before Roach came into the picture. First fight was a harrowing experience for him. That's the fight why he recruited back his old man.
