What fighters are capable of headlining a PPV?

I know I'm in the minority but I wish that they wouldn't show any boxing on PPV anymore. Cotto vs Martinez robbed the fans. PPV fights allow fighters to put on 1 last performance and then retire. Maidana has mentioned retiring if he doesn't fight Floyd(PPV fight) Martinez picked up a career ending paycheck, he will retire. I'm sure I could think of more if given time but the point has been made. PPV fights are just not worth it when a fighter knows ,win or lose , that he can retire without even having to put on a show. I'll even list Floyd, who I hate talking about. Floyd only fights to a certain point where he wins on the cards, he never goes all out. He worries about his health and how he will spend his millions. Why should he risk his health, he's getting paid no matter what. PPV Broke Boxing. You are not alone. The irony is that fanboys covet PPV as a badge of honor for their Personal fighting Jesus but dont realize that the PPV model hurts the sport more than it helps. So essentially, promoters have leveraged the stupidity of fanboys to constipate the sport.

Pacquiao, Cotto, Marquez, Chavez Jr. Mayweather generates his numbers because of everybody tuning in to support whoever he is fighting. Once Mayweather loses that 0, nobody will be interested anymore. The other fighters get numbers because people tune in to SEE THEM fight.
