The New WBC Middleweight Champion of the World

I would like to begin by saying (I TOLD YOU SO..!) :439: Not too many readers on NSB picked Cotto win. Don't feel bad because a lot of the so called boxing experts got the call wrong as well. The real reason for my elation is the (WBC Belt) A.K.A. the Green Belt. Puerto Ricans in the history of the sport believe it or not don't win the "Green Belt or The Mexican Belt" like so many us call it. We just don't and I'm not even sure who the last WBC Puerto Rican Champion was..I think it was Hector "Macho" Camacho if I'm not mistaken. You're damn right he did Cliff. He made history. I thought he had a shot depending on how diminished Martinez was. He was clearly slipped. But Cotto made it matter and he did it in superior fashion to anything that could have been predicted. he's been a fighter's fighter and deserves all the credit in the world. Greb. Monzon. Hagler. Hopkins. Cotto? Crazy **** happens sometimes. He won't go down as that stature of Middleweight champion but he won THAT crown. All props.

No, its actually not a contradiction because there was a chance the cripple might of not been crippled and would of the made the fight interesting. Obviously Cotto gambled and won taking the fight. Stick to your emotion cons, your homerism and boxing knowledge is very limited. Hold on, your contradicting yourself.. Its not Cotto fault but beating up a cripple who you had winning the fight gets him no credit? I'm done here and the reason I place those emotion cons on my post is so kids like you can understand what's being said.. Of course it's not Cotto's fault, just making a joke, little bored today. As far as the credit goes, losing to Trout, beating up a scrub and cripple makes it hard to give him credit.
