Why is he slagging off the fight then? surely he should be bigging them up? He is not willing to step out of his comfort zone in America/Oakland I hope the winner of this fight doesn't even bother about him unless he travels.. fighting a Kessler would be far more lucrative for either Groves/Froch anyway He wanted to fight Froch at the Wembley Stadium, doe... Ward can be as bitter as he chooses, fact remains, he's still the #1 guy at 168 and no one can beat him, period. Fuck a popularity contest. Ward thinks he should be paid much more than he is worth and that's one reason he has trouble getting fights. Hearn is simply stating some home truths for Ward. Ward is a great fighter and a true champ, but he has only himself to blame for a lack of wider recognition and fan base. People want to be entertained, and are happy to pay for that. Andre is highly skilled, but he is quite hard to watch (at least for the casual fans). I don't think Andre will ever be box office, he just isn't the type of personality to sell an big event.
