AMIR KHAN has backed Carl Froch's experience to see him past George Groves second time around.
The Bolton boxer has never seen eye-to-eye with Nottingham's Froch but still has respect for the WBA and IBF super-middleweight king.
And he reckons the defending champion will retain his crown against Groves despite the 26-year-old pushing Froch all the way in their first clash last November.

So Khan didn't change his trainer twice on the back of two knockout defeats and changed his style each time?
Derp derp
oh i'm sorry, i hadn't noticed that up until this last fight he HASN'T gone in chin first, hands all over the place in every fight.

not to mention smothered Collazo so he couldnt get a shot off and then when he could, khan tucked his face into his gloves because he was worried about taking a shot flush. He respects power but the the same time hes not afraid to engage. The new style is a bit ugly but his combinations make up for that beautifully
Khan picks Froch, My mind is now at ease as I now know Groves will win!
Respect to both ,what a show case for English boxing to the world . It makes all others who hand pick opponents look sad!
"It has never affected me"
Yeah... well that's kinda one of the biggest problems with Khan, he doesn't seem to think getting sparked out or flattened is something he should worry about that much, or at least not to the extent that he'd change his way of fighting. I know I'm taking his meaning and twisting is slightly here but I still think its a valid point
