NIGEL BENN has told George Groves he can get sweet REVENGE over Carl Froch on Saturday.
Groves faces Froch in a grudge rematch at Wembley Stadium for the Nottingham boxer’s WBA and IBF world super-middleweight titles.
The Londoner was ahead on points when their first fight was controversially stopped in the ninth round last November.
And Benn, 50, believes Groves, 26, can avenge that loss against Froch, 36, in British boxing’s biggest fi ght for years.

Froch might be there for the taking, no doubt... I still think he has some gas in the tank and will beat groves, but Froch has been in tons of wars, and age is creeping up, and with his aggressive style, its not unreasonable to think that froch could be alittle long in the tooth and Groves could get the win
I'd be willing to wager that this story is 100% bullsh1t.
Remember when David Haye said that Emmanuel Steward offered to train him after he beats Wladmir :lol1:
And then remember what camp Groves is a bastard child of....
Seems like a lot of Groves hate going around. Don't get it. This kid is the real deal. Got major skills. Not to mention a tough gutsy guy.
Don't get it either, good fighter , bright , makes sense ...Go dark destroyer !
haha, exactly.
Benn was a small middle with poor stamina and poor punch resistance when he got tired. watch him against watson and (especially) against collins and think what froch might have done to him.you are the dumbest bum in the forum...ahahahahaahh;prime BENN vs COLLINS?ahahahahahaha!!! Poor stamina and poor punch resistance when he got tired?ahahahahhah watch round 8 BENN vs GERALD,and GERALD was a monster puncher........IDI*T..............................!!!!ahahhhah how old are you???? :bottle:
Always loved how Benn would blast people out like he did Iran Barkley.
I believe Groves is gona destroy Froch. Obviously Benn gave him the best tip
he could ever get. Live on HBO U.S. is ready!!!!!!!
Yeah because the similarities between Benn and Taylor are striking.
:lame:

he also comes across as a bit of a prick.
Prime BENN ? That "MIKE TYSON" version of BENN would have destroyed CARL in 2 or 3,everybody knows it,watch JERMAINE TAYLOR vs a prime CARL and imagine THE DARK DESTROYER at his place !

While i have nothing against Groves, i hope Froch puts him in his place on Saturday. Im sick of hearing him going on and on now.
Groves has already said, if he emerges as the victor in similar, controversial fashion, he will not give Froch a rematch.
I'd wager that he avoids a DeGale rematch, too.
Ginger bollocks is going to knock this twat out and have a party with Nigel Benn :)
Hope Grovesy paces the fight for 12rd then he will certainly school him.
shouldn't Groves have a better idea what its going to be like facing Froch again then Benn does considering it was Groves himself who has actually just fought Froch in his last fight?
Round 6, 38 seconds remaining in the round Froch catches Groves with a left that saps him off his stamina and the snap from his punches. George just went downhill after that. Its pretty obvious that unless George hurts Carl early again he is getting stopped in this rematch. I feel sorry for the blind Groves nut-huggers who can't see this. George is great, very slick, very fast.....but once Carl got his legs back under him and they both stood toe to toe throwing bombs George is the one who couldn't handle the heat.
Everyone always thinks Froch is there for the taking, they have his entire career. That's the problem- people can't see past his flaws to put an effective game plan together, they just think they are far more skilled and will win easy, and that Carl has just been extremely lucky throughout his career.
he was fighting cautious against groves for the first 5-6 rounds. he kept pawing with the jab and getting countered with the straight right.
He was cautious because he kept getting countered, tough stylistic fight for Froch.
What a load of drivel. Froch a cautious fighter :lol1:
