but as far as i see it, marquez gets full credit for the fight. he came and passed the commisions tests.
if manny's team didn't want vada or whoever to do extra testing, that's on them. all i know is i don't care for a pac marquez 5 unless it has vada doing it.
i absolutely agree with this. i have no issue with the ko punch. it was a stupid strategical mistake on pacquiao.
it was the first knock down that was very suspicious. that was a looping punch that was partially blocked yet it knocked pacquiao down. marquez has hit pacquiao with much cleaner and harder shots than that and wasnt able to knock him down. suddenly at his oldest age and highest weight a looping shot knocks down pacquiao?
I agree with the first KD. The KO punch was a perfectly timed punch + pac's momentum + trippin of pacs foot. Hence, I think that everybody from 154 below would be KO'd from that punch given the above circumstances.
However, the first KD was really a suspect to me. Pac was hit cleaner previosly with that punch w/o a hitch and he will just like hit his gloves to the air like nothing happened and yet he was dropped like a sacked of potato when jmm hit that KD punch

@4:17 Full weight coming forward....
So F'ing what? If the same punch that ko's you once ko's you always then every boxer not named Whitaker and Locche should have about as many losses and ko's as wins.
Why don't you try putting your head in your culo and see if it fits. (scarface voice)
No punch Marquez ever landed on any fighter in his entire career was like that punch that KO'd Pacquiao. That thing was SICK. His whole head snapped back in a very unnatural way. The punch sort of impaled him, like all of his body weight fell right onto it as it was coming in. It almost looked like he intentionally dove into it, like a Samurai committing seppuku. Okay, what I'm saying here is holy Jesus what a brain-smashing punch that was.
actually he hit pacquiao with that exact same punch earlier in the fight, round 4 or 5, like he timed it perfectly but pacquiao just took it.

I think Pac was in much better physical shape in the 3rd fight than the 4th. I think it was lower weight too. If you compare the two, you can see Pac looked quicker too although not landing like the 4th.
Once i saw the weighin at the 4th i knew Pac was in trouble, Marquez looked jackd with them shoulders while Pac looked not as ripped weighing in at full 147.
Wrong game plan Ariza fitness!! Memo schooled him there. Pac hit them weights boy!! Pretty sure he can carry his speed/power along the weight training like Marquez
