Viktor Postol Vs. Danny Garcia

Garcia would absolutely batter him.

Postol looked like he has really good boxing skills, but I question the chin. He was hurt twice to the head and also to the body by Aydin. I know Aydin can punch but he's also very basic. If Danny can be a little creative offensively he should be able to hurt him as well. I don't think the fight ever gets made. This was the eliminator which means you won't see the WBC force a fight for at least a year and I think Garcia only fights 1 or 2 more times at 140. Plus the WBC is receiving sanctioning fees from a guy making 1.5 mil plus per fight, they don't want to take the chance the Postol becomes champion and makes under 100k per fight.

Won't happen, but would be interested in seeing it. Postol will win a vacant belt...if it's the WBC. WBA will just be Vargas

I thought Garcia lost his last fight and this guy Postol seems better than the last guy who fought him and in my opinion outboxed him. I think Postol outboxes Garcia for a clear ud.

That isn't the first time Danny struggled with someone who can box a bit, he struggled with Theophane, granted that was earlier in his career on like FNF but Herrera IMO laid down how to beat Danny. Postols style is similar to Herreras and I think Postol would give Danny major problems. :blackeye: Postol really impressed me vs Aydin but Garcia is a step above imo

I'll take my boy Swift by decision, I'm sure dan_cov will be happy to try take the points back that he generously overpaid me. Hope the fight gets made. It should considering Herrera was supposed to be Danny's laid back fight. "I'm coming home..." I couldn't stand hearing that commercial after the 3rd time.

People are still worked up with the Herrera fight. Tough night for Danny. It happens. Postol showed signs of glass in the later part of his fight vs Aydin. I feel Garcia can crack that glass. I've picked against Garcia too many times now (Khan, Lucas) but I feel Postol is all kinds of wrong for him. We seen Herrera beat him simply by using his jab & keeping his right glove up. I don't think Postols style is a million miles away from Herrera's only he is a hell of a lot better in every area. I will take Postol by decision. I hate trying to predict Danny Garcia's fights.

Postol beat a weak Aydin that look like DLH when he fought Pacquiao. Yeah Aydin went 12 rounds with Guerrero and Soto-Karass but at 140 he looked terrible. Let's see Postol fight a healthy 140lb not a Turkish zombie
