Max Kellerman don't know shit about boxing. They need to check his coldsore/herpes for PEDs.
It's called a scar you f*cking idiot, he bit an electrical cable when he was like 2 or 3 years old.
I don't see why boxing fans aren't clamoring for PED legalization. The majority of boxing discussions turn to fantasy fights that are impossible to make, if PEDs allow generations of fighters to overlap it equals more great fights for fans. I'm all for the legalization of PEDs and I'm against unfairly accusing fighters of cheating, but if any fighter has ever been suspicious its Marquez. A new and improved physique and increased punching power while maintaining his speed, activity level and ability to throw combinations at 40 is somewhat suspicious. If he is juiced and it makes for better fights though, I'd much rather it be available to every fighter.
I actually agree with this.
Here's my theory:
They just can't get over Pac face down on the canvas.
It's a gif constantly running in some part of their mind. Like some sort of malicious HUD. Superimposed on their reality.
Normal folks approaching sleep occasionally are jolted awake just before they reach sleep by a sensation of falling.
P@ctards are jolted awake by the aforementioned gif.
It must be horrifying.
Anyway, that's my theory.
good point!!!:boxing:
neither Rios or ruslan dropped him right? but little Marquez dropped him like a sack of potatoes.

Pretty sure, Provodnikov dropped him twice, I think rios might have dropped him once.
However, There is no question in my mind that Marquez is on PEDS. I doubt it has anything to do with his power. He has always had power and ****ed guys up. I think the PEDs have had a significant effect on his ability to train harder though.
He was obviously going to look great against Alvarado. Alvarado has as close to no skill as you can get, and a great little man will always beat a bad bigman. Marquez isn't even that slick and Alvarado was having a tough time catching him with anything.
What surprised me though is the kind of work rate Marquez was able to maintain without looking winded like he would have a few years ago.
Alvarado made it easier though by coming on slow, but still.
Rios did the Clottey and has an iron chin, Bradley has never been stopped and has an iron chin, he was hurt in that fight btw.
Like I said in my post, you can't have it all your own way. You're on here accusing Marquez of juicing because he knocked down (not out) a guy that had been stopped in 2 of his last 3 fights.
If you're going to use that as a reason to suspect Marquez, then you can't turn a blind eye to Pacquiao's sudden decline in power. Pacquiao hit Rios and Bradley flush enough times to knock them out if he'd had the same pop in his punches he did with Ariza. Come on man, you must be able to see it. Back then Pac's opponents heads used to jolt back like he was machine gunning them, it was scary.
Always humorous seeing Kellerman playing the smug "I'm the man" role when he's being interviewed by lesser known members of the boxing media. I can still remember just how shaky he was during the early period of his tenure at HBO.
Atleast marquez use the peds to make his hands fast and
strong to entertain the crowd by knocking people out while
floyd use the peds to make his feets fast and strong for
running from his opponents that makes the crowd go to
sleep. :lol1:
He smacked the grease off his head.
The science, behind the sweet science.
awesome! it was a potassium imbalance in the brain as a result of the impact!

Why are these threads always full of Pacquiao fans accusing JMM? They were all about "proof" when the spotlight was on Pacquiao's big head.

Funny when the same guys that are accusing Marquez of PEDs were also the ones ridiculing Mayweather's random testing.:lol1: Mayweather knows a lot of boxers could be using and so he's the smartest out of all of them.
Funny how Max wouldn't dare say these things about Floyd, Hopkins, or Pac.
Max has always ****ted on Mex fighters in his days with espn, just like Teddy does when i used to be able to see espn fights on the regular.
People are remembering that Provackodav kicked Alvarados ass and you still are surprised that Marquez beat him. Ring the bells, Alvarado hasn't recovered from the beating he took from Provacativ its why he was choosen to be an opponet for Marquez, follow boxing, this happens all the time.
And many here are exaggerating how bad Marquez knocked down Alvarado.
How about mentioning how many times Marquez was hurt and how badly Alvarado knocked down Marquez.
The two things impressed me in the fight last night with Marquez 1# he has probably the most technical punchs in boxing. 2# no one imo, has better composure and calmness in the ring than Marquez.
One last thing Marquez has always had power. He started getting more ko's after he changed his fighting style after the John fight.
Playing devil's advocate, why should Marquez have shame if his opponent could have been on 'steroids' too? When Provodnikov asked Alvarado to participate in random drug testing through VADA, Alvarado declined. :)
I didn't know that. All I can say is that whatever roids that Alvarado was on were some leftovers past their expiration date and he needs to ask for a refund. He was probably on diuretics because he looked like a zombie at the weighin.
Why should he have any shame? The public turns the other way when it's their guy looking suspicious so why should he give a ****?
You're right, if no one cares about keeping drugs out of the sport, then he shouldn't feel obligated to be the spokesman for an anti-drug campaign. He is just doing what the system allows him to do, even if he is putting it out there more than others are.
