Every one is calling for Khan to fight Thurman, why doesn't Mayweather fight Thurman?

Khan is retarded, he does not care about his chin flaw. He called out Matthysse twice, after getting KO'ed by Garcia. I do agree if you say GBP will choose the least dangerous fight for him. But if it were up to Khan, he'd probably face Porter or Matthysse. Khan's with Haymon now, he'll fight who he's told to fight.

Why doesn't Mayweather fight every up and coming young lion at the end of his career instead of worrying about money and all the proven fighters he will face ..( that's sarcasm of course)

Not sure your logic works in this case. Beating no one is how Ortiz, Guerrero and Canelo and Maidana got a floyd fight. Don't see why it should be any different with any of these other guys. But then again, they show a willingness to come in and rip heads off. Good point!

Listen...khan will choose the path of least resistance to lock up a mayweather fight. Alexander, Thurman, porter...he chooses Alexander 10 times out of 10. Well if Thurman beats Khan, that would be his best win by far, like 10x better than any win he has now. Because he has a very poor resume. It would be a hard sell to fight him now. Constant Showtime replays of Thurman vs Chaves, Quintana, Karrass, Diaz, Zaveck...yeah that would get people really excited. At least with Khan, they can use the Maidana angle, where Khan beat Maidana just as close as Floyd did and they can show Khan beating up on Malignaggi, Judah, Collazo, Kotelnyk and Peterson(I thought Khan won this fight).

i think is because thurman is making some noise lately and khan needs a big win if he wants the floyd fight. beating thurman would be perfect. I think he should aim to porter if he isn't fighting brook, and if he does, the winner of that fight (if you ask me, i think porter beats brook) Either of those would show that Khan has addressed his biggest perceived defect. Failing getting in with a top 10 p4p puncher he should convincingly whack a couple (2) of names that appear in most WW top 10 lists. Outpointing Devon Alexander in a mutual hugfest shouldn't land AK Floyd. Of course Floyd only has a few fights left so AK better get moving.
