let's be honest, he has the speed and angles to be an entertaining fighter but doesn't have much guts, we all know he has a suspect chin and so does he. So he fights extremely defensive and it's terrible to watch. His fight with baldomir was a disgrace to the sport. He never beat 'the man'. Traditionally, the torch is passed from one great to another. Floyd never fought pacquiao and thus never beat 'the man.' pitifully weak opposition. That's his fault, but i don't think there has been a weaker welterweight era in history. Two stoppage/knockout losses to journeyman welterweights during his prime or close enough to it. His father/promoter has helped out in ducking out the division. No boxer has ever said "my health comes first" "i don't do this for the legacy simply for a paycheck" "you can't use commission approved gloves" "i'm not here to prove who the best" "im a rich coward" .
