i will be at the marquez vs Alvarado fight this Saturday, I have great seats and im just curious to know, what will I be expecting? how is it to be there live rather than watching it on tv? describe the environment and energy. or just talk about your experience with going to fights
Well I tell you what, you picked the right arena to attend your first fight. I'll be there myself ringside covering the fight. You will enjoy it bro, make sure to come early, don't just come for the televised portion, come early and enjoy all the early mismatches and impressive knockouts.
I saw Matthysee Molina a few weeks ago. Its an awesome feeling. I ways feel like im a spectator at the Roman coliceum. I want blood. Its crazy! Its exhilarating.
Great time at live fights. Of course you'll meet a lot of fight fans. I hope you have good seats. You'll definitely meet a lot of fighters there. Last fight I went to was Maidana vs Broner and everyone from the fighters to promoters were cool as heck. I even signed some autographs, haha.
I'll be attending Marquez/Alavarado for my first live fight as well. I was able to get decent seats so I expect to have a good view. I'm just anxious to experience the atmosphere.I'm expecting a huge Mexican crowd :boxing:
same here! it will be a huge Mexican crowd! hope I don't get seated next to jackasses lol but have fun man!
hang around til they kick you out. at the rigo/abekgo fight i was able to get a pic with rigo and casamayor as they left the ring and ward and kellerman.
nice!!! I will no doubt try that, doesn't hurt to try! thanks for the tip!

Live is cool, you won't see everything (unless ofcourse you have the big money seats).
If you do then you'll see everything. Its an awesome experience!!! Youlove every minute of it.
ENJOY fellow boxing fan!!!!!!!!!!
im like 10th row away from the ring, I think they are decent! but thanks I expect to enjoy myself!
It's a great time. I went to Paulie vs Zab for my first time; I really went to see Lara Trout. I met a bunch of cool people and made some amigos.
I was also beyond drunk. I was walking around Brooklyn with a Poland Spring bottle filled with vodka :lol1:
lol sounded like you had one hell of a time! Im not much of a drinker but im sure ill still have fun!
nothing like being at a small local fight, let alone a big major one. Its exciting and lively. You might also see alot of boxers and then tend to be more accommodating than other atheletes. Just enjoy and have a good time, homie. Once you go once, you will want to go to them all the time
thanks for your input, cant wait to go!
