I noticed alot of fighters cut an insane amount of weight being bearly under the weight class limit and then gain 10+ lbs right after the weigh in I mean if a guy is 5-10% bf does he really have to kill himself to get the extra weight? Just seems like alot of bs whats your 2 cents on this nsb?
problem with weight cutting is that its a fine line between being weight drained and being strong.. it can be like a gamble each fighter takes... basically there's probably not many fighters whose best possible fighting weight is exactly the weight they're fighting at - whether its 147, 175 whatever.. a lot fighters probably come in at 65% to 90% of their full strength because of various levels of weight-draining..
