The rematch of Jones-Lebedev will bring back memories of one of the most disgraceful events in boxing during my lifetime. In the first fight. Team Lebedev, led by heartless billionaire d*ckhead Andrey Ryabinsky and Kostya Tzsyu showed zero regard for the health and well being of Lebedev as they continued to send him out to fight with his face a grotesque mask of blood and swelling. Even the Dr., commissioned by Ryabinsky, was so scared of crossing the corrupt organizers that after glancing at Lebedev's face instantly sent him back into the ring for more punishment. Everyone involved from the promoter down to the trainer was complicit in getting Lebedev beaten to a pulp. Tsyzu has been scapegoated, but the greedy Ruskie Ryabinsky remains and lord knows he doesn't have many decent boxers to promote. If Lebedev's eye is injured again - will they do the right thing and pull him out of the fight this time? Or will they subject this poor guy to another brutal beating because of their own greed?
